Attrition Cost Calculator
Turnover is expensive. Most orgs dramatically undercount the real cost. This calculator uses standard HR replacement-cost benchmarks to give you a grounded estimate: and adds one number most calculators skip: what you're spending by not knowing why people are actually leaving.

Methodology note
Replacement cost benchmarks from SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) and Gallup research: 50–75% of salary for individual contributors, 100–150% for managers, up to 200% for senior/executive roles. This calculator uses conservative midpoints. The "cost of not knowing" estimate is based on research showing 15% of voluntary attrition is attributable to friction conditions that are diagnosable 3–6 months before departure.
