2. DEFINITIONS
- “Corporate Client” means an organisation or company that subscribes to Redacted’s employee listening services for its workforce.
- “Employee” means an individual employed by or engaged with a Corporate Client who is invited to participate in an anonymous interview via the Platform.
- “Platform” means Redacted’s web-based interview system, admin dashboard, and reporting infrastructure, including all features and tools provided thereunder.
- “Services” means the anonymous AI-led voice interview services, friction extraction analytics, and diagnostic reporting provided by Redacted.
- “Interview Session” means a single anonymous voice conversation conducted between an Employee and Redacted’s AI interviewer.
- “Diagnostic Report” means the aggregated, threshold-gated output delivered to a Corporate Client following an interview cycle.
3. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
3.1 Age and Capacity By using this Website, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age (18 years or older) and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are accessing the Website on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
3.2 Minimum Subscription Corporate subscriptions require a minimum organisational size as specified in the applicable service agreement, sufficient to satisfy Redacted’s minimum anonymity response threshold (see Section 4.3).
3.3 Admin Account Registration Corporate Client administrators required to access the dashboard must:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Maintain and promptly update account information.
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of login credentials.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of an admin account.
- Accept responsibility for all activities occurring under their admin account.
3.4 No Employee Accounts Employees participating in Interview Sessions are not required to register, log in, or create an account. This is a deliberate design choice central to the Platform’s anonymity architecture.
3.5 Account Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an admin’s access to the Website and Services if they violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
4. SERVICES OVERVIEW
Redacted provides an anonymous employee listening platform through its digital infrastructure, including:
- AI-Led Voice Interviews: No-login, link or QR-code-based conversational interviews conducted by an empathetic AI interviewer.
- Friction Extraction Analytics: AI-driven analysis identifying process, manager, communication, workload, and structural friction themes.
- Diagnostic Reporting: Aggregated, threshold-gated reports delivered to authorised Corporate Client inboxes.
- Multi-Cycle Trend Analysis: Historical comparison of friction themes across interview cycles.
- Admin Configuration Tools: Cycle scheduling, topic context injection, department attribution settings, and compliance region configuration.
- Recommendation Library: Evidence-based action suggestions tied to identified friction themes.
4.3 Anonymity Threshold Diagnostic Reports are generated only once a minimum number of Employees within a defined organisational scope (typically 5 or more) have completed Interview Sessions. Redacted reserves the right to withhold or delay a Diagnostic Report if this threshold is not met, to protect Employee anonymity.
5. USE OF THE WEBSITE AND PLATFORM
5.1 License Grant Subject to compliance with these Terms, Redacted grants Corporate Clients a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Website and Services for internal business purposes.
5.2 Prohibited Activities You agree not to:
- Use the Website or Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Website, other accounts, or connected systems or networks.
- Attempt to identify, de-anonymise, or re-associate any Interview Session, transcript, or Diagnostic Report finding with a specific Employee.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Website or Services.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, friction extraction algorithms, or AI models underlying the Platform.
- Use any robot, spider, scraper, or automated means to access the Website.
- Introduce viruses, trojan horses, worms, malware, or other harmful code.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent affiliation with any person or entity.
- Transmit unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene content.

- Coerce, pressure, or incentivise Employees to participate in Interview Sessions in a manner inconsistent with the voluntary and anonymous nature of the Platform.
5.3 Corporate Client Obligations Corporate Clients agree to:
- Communicate honestly to Employees that participation is voluntary and anonymous.
- Not attempt to track, log, or infer which Employees did or did not participate in a manner that undermines anonymity.
- Not use Diagnostic Report findings to take adverse action against any individual or identifiable group of Employees.
5.4 Compliance with Laws You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and all other applicable Indian laws.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
6.1 Ownership All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, the interview protocol, friction taxonomy, AI models, algorithms, report templates, and the overall “look and feel” of the Website, is the exclusive property of MentCura Labs Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.
6.2 Trademarks “Redacted” and all related logos, product names, and service names are trademarks or registered trademarks of MentCura Labs Private Limited. You may not use these marks without prior written permission.
6.3 Restrictions You may not:

7. PRIVACY, ANONYMITY, AND DATA PROTECTION
7.1 Privacy Policy Your use of the Website and Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7.2 Anonymity Architecture Redacted’s core commitment is that individual Employee interview responses cannot be traced back to an identifiable person. This is achieved through session hashing, PII scrubbing, minimum response thresholds, and default audio deletion, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7.3 Compliance with DPDP Act Redacted complies with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and applicable data protection laws in India. Data is stored using secure, India-based cloud infrastructure unless otherwise required by a Corporate Client’s compliance region.
7.4 Data Security We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7.5 Data Retention We retain data for as long as necessary to provide the Services and fulfil the purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy, or as required by law.
8. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT TERMS
8.1 Subscription Plans Corporate subscriptions are available on annual or semi-annual terms, priced per employee seat or per interview cycle, as specified in the applicable subscription agreement.

9.5 Not a Crisis or Grievance Redressal Tool THE PLATFORM IS NOT DESIGNED FOR, AND MUST NOT BE USED AS, A SUBSTITUTE FOR FORMAL GRIEVANCE MECHANISMS, WHISTLEBLOWER CHANNELS, OR CRISIS INTERVENTION SERVICES. Employees with urgent concerns should be directed to appropriate internal or external channels.
